Opening Times: 9 am to 9.30 pm
Prices: range from £25 to £80 per session. Each individual therapist determines their own charges, but most charge between £40 and £50 per hour. Concessionary rates are available.
Appointments: at smcp in Heaton Moor or Online if you prefer.
Modalities include: Transactional Analysis / CBT / EMDR / Person Centered / Integrative Therapy and more.
All therapists: belong to a professional organization such as UKCP or BACP having undergone post graduate training and all work to high professional standards.
Appointments can be arranged within a few hours of your enquiry, at a time that is convenient for you and you will always be able to speak with the therapist prior to booking in for an initial consultation.
You can attend for a few sessions or for longer term work - it is up to you.

Each individual therapy session lasts for one hour (or some therapists offer 50 minutes) :
Costs range from £20 to £80 per session and anything in between. You can determine the frequency of sessions alongside your therapist.
